- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pitner Orthodontics is unlike any dental office or orthodontic office you'll ever experience. First, the staff. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by the ladies at the front desk. They talk to you as if you're coming to a family reunion and they are truly happy to see you again. For the kids, this provides a sense of familiarity and comfort. For parents, this provides ease and the knowledge that your children are in the best hands possible and that your children's care and comfort is important to them. They staff make a conscious effort to know your children. This is a business model that should be duplicated over and over!! Now, for Dr. Pitner----what a Godsend this professional lady is to our daughter. Not only can I relate to her on a parental level, but she is unique in that she can speak "the language" of her young patients too! Dr. Katie is amazing too: smart, kind, young and knowledgable . My daughter really enjoyed being cared for by her. The office is spotless (which speaks to this germaphobe Mama). Finally, let's not forget the ice cream!!! My daughter will forever remember that after her appointments, she can choose whatever ice cream she wants!!! Honestly, all medical care should be this personal, friendly and upbeat!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Pinter orthodontics is great! I had braces for 2 years and now I can't stop smiling. Everyone is so nice and always make you feel welcome and special. I really loved getting an ice cream every time I went! Very nice office, very nice and caring people....I would tell all my friends they should go to Dr. Leslie and Dr. Katie.
